  Sara Walters is an amazing representative of how banking / financing should be handled. She makes it feel like it's a very personal experience and she has your best interest at heart. I have moved from VA to WV and kept my 1st Advantage account open 100% so that I would still be able to have Sara handle my finances. From a line of credit, to automobile loans to my personal checking and savings account. It's like stepping back in a time when customer service still mattered. She is a vital asset to the Credit Union and I look forward to working with Sara for years to come.

  My life journey was getting worse by the day and having a terrible credit report was the major cause of this. As life went on, i decided i can't keep living like this anymore then i began my research on the fastest ways to improve my credit. She spoke so highly of him and how quick he changed her life with his hacking skills. I was convinced and had to make a choice. My life took a new turn since i contacted him. Things were really getting out of hand before i met him but he changed my situation and gave me a perfect credit history to start a new life of great opportunities.

  I just want to share my experience working with Sara Walters. During a time when everyone is super busy, super stressed and stretched thin, she took the time to make me feel like I was her only customer. She was patient and helpful and put me at ease while handling my transaction. Most people are quick to make noise when they have a complaint but very seldom take the time to share when their experience has been excellent. Thank you Sara for you excellent customer service.

  I have been a member of 1st Advantage Federal Credit Union for a long time and have been very happy with their service. I have financed numerous vehicles with them and they provide good rates and services in the entire process. If I ever leave the area I will continue to bank with 1st Advantage Credit union because I have been completely satisfied

  Moving to Texas six years ago I worried having account in another state would be a problem. But we have been with our credit union forever. And my husband refused to switch Credit Union’s . And it’s been awesome, if I do have an issue a phone call fixes everything. The people are always friendly and concerned. Eighteen months ago when my husband passed away and I called the CU and they told me everything I needed to do. I’ll be moving back to Virginia first of the year and glad I deal with the Best Credit Union ever.

  My experience with 1st Advantage FCU has always been great. They have always provided great service. My loan officer has always had great knowledge about the difference types of loans they offer. I have used them for both automobile loans and personal loans. They have always got me the lowest interest rates. I would recommend Sara Walters for any of your loan needs, she provides terrific loan service and goes over and beyond to keep customers happy.

  I've been a member before they changed there name From fort east's federal credit union to 1st advantage federal credit union. I had 3 car loans with them, Mastercard with them, overdraft protection, And. Have a business band personal checking and saving account. Never had a problem on 33 years as a member.
