  I've been working with 1st Advantage for several months now to secure some loans and refinance opportunities. I've worked with Erica directly and have been nothing short of ecstatic with the level of professionalism and support I have received from her and her team.   I've had the pleasure of working with Erica K. and her team on a few transactions recently. Erica really takes the time to listen to your needs, finds you the best solutions, and works to see those solutions come to fruition. Her response times for this industry are top notch. 1st Advantage FCU is now my go to shop for most of my financial needs.   Mrs. Sine Hollenbeck has been my goto person at the Virginia Beach Office located in Town Center. Always helpful and gives the best advice. I've recently moved to Hampton and still call her or email her to assist me with anything I may need with no issues. It's people like her that makes banking easy!
