  We love love love Jamie and Terri. They always had a smile on their face no matter how many houses we asked them to see. It took us almost 2 years to find our home, but they were with us every step of the way and we are so thankful. Highly recommend 1827 Real Estate!!

  Jamie and Terri are fantastic real estate professionals. They spent and enormous amount of time walking properties and showing us houses. In the competitive landscape were in we had a deals that didn’t work but they were never discouraged (or at least didn’t show it). In the end we found the perfect home for our family and our realtors worked hard to make sure everything came together. Highly recommend these 2 for anyone looking in the Harris County Area!

  This Husband and Wife duo were beyond what I have experienced in buy or selling a home before. They met me the same day I requested to see the home. They had the initial offer done within hours. When i asked a question they answered it within minutes. They help negotiate and talk me through a solid course of action to close on my home in less than a month. Their understanding of the real estate market in this area is vast and accurate. They helped me find ease when dealing with repairs on the home with recommendations of contractors.
