  Worst Place Ever! These guys are supper rude. They have their own version of 3 point turn, and even the instructor doesn't provide the instructions. They will failed me without without giving reasons. No body listened to me in the office and they asked to get out of the office. I have NEVER seen a team of women like this. They are super rude. Please don't visit this place. Also, they charged me $72 for one chance. Where as MVD charges $25 for 3 chances.

  I needed to get a new driver's license since I relocated from out of state. This was the closest 3rd-party location to me, about 15-20 min away on a Saturday. Their price chart showed a $27 convenience fee. Total of $52. I was hesitant at first but figured if it's quick then it'll be worth it. After waiting for about 10 min, I walked up to the next window and was told by the employee I "have to have an appointment and should've called before to schedule one," and if I wanted to stick around longer maybe they can find one for today. That was not convenient for me. Nowhere on their website mentioned needing an appointment. I told the employee this and she recognized the website has no information about it. I didn't see any mention of this while walking into the location, looking at the signs on the walls or the cost table. I denied her suggestion to stick around and decided to visit a MVD location on Monday. I felt this place didn't merit my business. The MVD took less than 20 min from entering to exiting the building and paid only $25.

  Jorge was a D-light to work with, even though we got there right before 5 pm. 😊 He was still courteous & full of smiles. UPDATE: Please keep in mind that you can practice the 3 pt turn in the back prior to taking driving test. And PLEASE check your paperwork carefully & your card when you receive it. Even though we double checked everything, they still sent the Wrong class type of license 3 times.

  I went to get my license and Gus went above and beyond with his customer service and for my driving test he was very patient and made me feel 100% comfortable.

  The manager on staff Gustavo Castillo was very attentive and aware of what was happening in his store. Unlike other places he made our experience pleasant.

  Went in today to finish the process of getting my license . Had to remove a hold from another state. When I went in , there were multiple windows opened. I was told I just needed to come back and pay for my license. The man who was working started YELLING I needed to wait I have to retake my picture every time I step in his line ! He proceeded to tell me he was not going to serve me after I told him his tone needed to change . And none of his coworkers stepped in to tell him to calm down or anything they sat there on their phones

  I recently learned that 3 vehicles I sold were still in my name. Jenifer an employee at this office had me state in writing that I had indeed sold them and were no longer in possession. This would ensure I would not be liable for anything should something happen. I was very pleased with Jenifer at this point for helping me with this as this wasn’t even the reason I was there. However, a couple weeks ago I received a letter from a tow yard stating my vehicle was abandoned and I would be charged $500. I immediately went to this location and Jenifer was working. I started to explain the situation and was immediately cut off & told I would be charged $500. I didn’t bother to tell her she was the one who had helped me. She spoke & treated me as if I was lying. I asked if she could check that the other two vehicles were not I’m my name and she made it clear I was imposing and asking way to much. She verified they were not in my name and as I began to again explain all three vehicles were done at the same time she interrupted me and told me she would give me the name and number of the tow yard. When I got home to call them I then noticed what she gave me was a paper on how to pay the abandoned vehicle fee. Thanks a lot Jenifer. You should work for DMV

  got a title loan and be honest late a few times,But paid it off last payment a few weeks ago. 7 days later Edwin calls says its not over and need too pay additional 189 dollars. Asked him for what? He said fees. I said email me and let me see this. Never once said would not pay it. Just asked for proof. He told me flat out Don't need to prove it they will take it. I asked for manager to call he responded NO. Edwin is a rude and unprofessional. Not a call back or email showing what he is talking about. He says they do not need to show me proof. Worst customer service I ever seen. I repeated that not refusing to pay but show me detail itemization of charges. He response ever time we do not have too.

  Zurma gave me excellent customer service!! I was stressed out and she made everything simple for me, and was empathetic. I left very relieved and and found my self to be a very happy customer. She derserves a promotion, so people know how to be like her! Good prices too:)
