"This bank is terrible. I signed up for an account online. Deposited the $ needed to start up. Soon after I realized this was not the correct bank. I immediately sent an email explaining what had happened. I would have kept the account except I had no access as they are on the military base. I could not get in touch with a human as I work the same hours . I tried several times . I wrote a total of 3 le ngthy emails with no response. Finally, today I was at to speak to a person. At this point they have drained the account due to their fees * (which I was trying to avoid). The account was -$9. I explained my issue and the rep was kind enough to refund that $9 to bring the acct to a $0 and close it as requested .
