      I been going here since June 2018. It's March 2019, and these two ladies always give great customer service. Just dont presign before you hand them your check because they would not accept anything presign.

      Went in to cash my check told me my check was fake and refused to give it back even after the bank that issued the check called and assured them it was real believe them to be trying to scam ppl concidering the so called security guard that wouldn't let me have my check back wasn't able to present a Washington state guard caRd witch is required by law for him to have to work as a security guard in the state would not suggest this place to anyone

      Sorry for the inconvenience, you are more than welcome to stop by and pick up your check, we would want to give you a better service, unfortunately we were not able to verify the funds with maker of your check and normal process is for us to call the bank your bank and we did they indicated they do not verify funds over the phone, after that the bank called us back on a Private number indicating the check was good but again that is not the right procedure, anyone can call us and miss identify themselves.
