  These guys were great! Although we had went there on a Monday to meet with a employee who never showed up just left for the day without letting me know… but another employee “Kevin” took care of us and got us in the car we wanted! Thank you to Kevin and the guys at zoom/crazy cheap cars!

  I love my Lexus! Joey, thank you so much for making this work for me. I have an awesome car and my payment IS NOT through the roof. Everyone at the dealership was so nice to me. I would recommend anyone needing a vehicle to go to Zoom and let them see what they can do for you.

  These guy's truly went above and beyond to get my wife and myself in a new vehicle. After many failed attempts at other dealerships these guys managed to get us approved for the vehicle we wanted. The same vehicle we looked at elsewhere was over 600$ a month for a payment, they managed to get us around 200$ a month and still didn't stop there, they went even a step further and managed to help us with a new car insurance saving us hundreds every payment. Truly am grateful for Conan and Kevin and the whole Zoom family for all they have done for us. Highly recommend these guy's.

  Bought a $23000 car back in January, every four to six weeks since then I have had to bring the car to a mechanic for some major mechanical repairs that each time have costed thousands of dollars, after the 6th incident where it broke down this weekend I decided I was done and ready to trade. Brought it to the nearest dealership where they financed it at $11000. Less than half of what I was told it was worth just 6 months ago, they told me I was very severely ripped off to an astonishing point, told me they’ve never seen someone who was ripped off as bad as me. DO NOT GO HERE they will rip you off like they ripped me off, I am now a 19 year old with an overpriced non working vehicle. And to no surprise the last time I was in touch with zoom auto credit I was not so politely told it’s not their problem. If you buy from them they will charge you double what the car is actually worth, sell you a lemon car and then will laugh in your face for falling for it. I was told to consider getting a lawyer involved and I probably will!! They deserve to be in jail for what they did to me.

  you should have brought it back to us to trade it in we would have made a much better trade offer than that and done everything we could to make sure you were happy with the deal

  Let me start of by saying I feel bad for anyone that goes to this dealership let alone buy something from these people. I got a flyer in the mail and figured I would give them a shot. Test drove a 2012 Chevy Impala LTZ with 88k miles on it. The car was ok but you can tell it was a hard 88k put on it. The interior was all stained up and smelled terrible. Got back from the test drive and saw even if the car was in excellent shape the kbb was around 9k. For good condition which is how I would rate it less than 8k. The guy tells me it is almost 17k for the car less my flyer deal puts it over 14k still. Yet if you look on auto trader they have the car listed for just over 8k. They are just trying to rip people off. I beg of people go somewhere else to get a car. But by all means take in your flyer and get your free $20.

  The car was not priced at 17k. You were told 10k for the vehicle and it is an Impala LTZ package loaded.

  So far the absolute worst car buying experience I've ever had. We had our Jeep 4 days and it turns out the transmission lines were rotted right out. How is that missed on a dealers inspection? We traded in a vehicle in working condition and now we wait as no one in service can seem to return phone calls or even bother to update us on that status of our vehicle. Never again.

  I went there with a flyer showing I won 2500 dollars. Yes I still have the flyer. Instead I was told I was wrong and won 25. The guy took down my information to see if they could get me out of the mess I’m in now. The salesman told me to go home and he will reach back out when he hears from his wholesaler. Well when I called to get an update he didn’t know who I was and just said my name sounded “familiar” and he will talk to his manager about everything. Definitely rubbed me the wrong way. Wish I would have never given them my information...

  Horrible communication false advertising will not work with you at all , rude and have a massive attitude whenever you correct them on something they know they are wrong about . Good luck to anyone who wishes to do business with this horrible company… Clearly you responded without knowing the reason I got disapproved that shows right there Amir of impulse . But thank you very much for wasting my time .

  I called to register for appointment after receiving mailer of huge sale and prize give away. I had no intention of even looking at a new vehicle, but getting a $20 Walmart gift card was worth the 35min ride. Of course I wasn't expecting to win 1 of the top 5 prizes since I read the mailer. I was treated respectfully and cheerfully even after i informed Donnie the event specialist i am just here for my gift card. After Donnie registered me I was shocked when my numbers matched the winning numbers for $250. The team there all congratulated me enthusiastically and I was offered a bowl of homemade soup by the manager. These people are great! I will buy my next vehicle from Zoom.

  Received a mailer saying if you match 3 cars you win the prize shown which in my case was $2,500. I call and gave them the verification code to here that I was "qualified to win" several prizes. Drive 25 minutes to the place to be forced to fill out a survey about the car I am driving and the car payment to then be taken to the "prize board" where of course my verification code isn't on there. They then say I can draw for a prize between $25-$100. I got $25 and I guarantee all of the prizes were $25. Bunch of scam artists. I guarantee you will get more negative reviews and publicity than the 2 car sales you'll make! Edit in response to owner: Your mailer is flat out deceptive and you know it. No where on the mailer does it say you can win a TV. The mailer I received clearly said I won $2,500 but I'm sure lots of people got the same mailer. All your negative reviews are because of mailers. Your 5 star reviews are all your customer service and experiences with buying a car. Perhaps you should stick to that instead of sending out false advertising and maybe then you wouldn't have so many negative reviews!

  A $250 winner was on our 1st day of the sale this past Saturday 12/26!! We have had several large winners including a $5000 winner in our sales along with several 60" TV's!!
