  I’ve always heard it was a great bank and when I opened an account they seemed very nice. I was trying to set up the app and it wanted a security code but never emailed it to me. I called the bank and spoke with Robin and she quickly said that the systems were down. I explained I’m able to get on the system just needed the code. She then tells me “yeah it’s off and on”... Her tone was extremely snarky and when asked for my account number, I couldn’t find it and after 30 seconds of looking she rudely said why don’t you just call back when you find it. So I told her I had the member number if that would work. Her response was “ yeah member number account number, same thing!” I just opened an account there I didn’t know. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. I hope this isn’t the way they conduct business with everyone

  First off, I'm Smart,and realize and understand this is NOT A BANK. It is a CREDIT UNION. So these people complaining about transferring of money, need to do some research on where they're putting their money!! Holy hell!!!!

  They were great when getting a loan but were horrible when a unique situation came up that I needed their assistance on. Nancy was combative, unjustly accusatory, unwilling to take the extra step to help and try to resolve this unique situation even after I satisfied her requests for proof. She was unpleasant, rude, and disrespectful, I will be pulling my business from this place and going elsewhere.

  This bank is terrible, the online site is very outdated. They have old fashioned tickets to fill out for payments, deposits, and withdrawals, they never ID me or ask me any security questions other than my member ID when I call but yet they give all of my information to me. Way better places to keep your money that is safe and secure. Also, the staff seems to lack basic banking knowledge.

  If I could leave a 0 star review I would. This place banks like it's 1950 still. You CAN NOT transfer money from a TVFCU Savings or Checking account to an outside checking account per their "policy". Had Melissa tell me I could if I opened a checking account, then as i was opening the accoubt a different lady tells I can't do it with a checking account either. Yet they allow you to transfer money between TVFCU accounts!?!?! ESL will be my bank from here on out. FU$* TVFCU

  Awful Service the girl that answers the phone Jeanine is ALWAYS so rude, its not my fault you have to work today lady, pretend not to hate your job.... you make the whole branch look bad.

  Terrible service. They told me to get a certain paper and get a copy of it. I come back and they tell me never mind we need the real one. WTF
