  Professional, personable, knowledgeable, efficient and accessible are all words that best describe our experience with Zlatan. As first time home buyers my wife and I had a lot of questions.   I was concerned that getting a mortgage would be the hardest and most frustrating part of purchasing a new home these days. It turned out to be the easiest! Zlatan couldn't have made the process easier or more seamless. So easy to upload our documents, he answered all my questions and was SO responsive!   I have to say that Zlatan and his Loan coordinator Valerie are nothing short of true professionals. This is my fourth mortgage I’ve done with them over the years and being self employed the underwriting process was tricky but they stuck with me until the end with a positive attitude and a great Rate! I couldn’t recommend them enough. Fantastic work as usual.

  When I began the process to buy my first home and I reached out to a few lenders. Most of them were the major banks, but I'm so glad I found and got to work with Z and United Home Loans. He made the process super easy and guided me through each step. Most importantly, he was responsive and always made sure to respond quickly to all the questions I had. I waited over a week for a response from one of the big bank lenders. But that was never an issue with Z and his team because they provide top notch customer service. I highly recommend anyone who's looking to buy a home to work with Z!

  Zlatan was amazing to work with. As a first time home buyer, I thought I knew much more than I did -- Zlatan was super helpful in educating me along each step of the process. He made everything about the process easy: explaining how/when to secure a rate, explaining documents, making information requests incredibly painless (and ensuring I only had to do it once). I've heard horror stories of disorganized and unprofessional lenders - and I couldn't have been happier to have found/worked with Zlatan - everything he did was first-rate. I would recommend working with him to anybody.

  After having a poor experience with the broker who handled the loan for my first condo purchase, I feel like I lucked out by getting connected with Zlatan. Z handled my refinancing and not only was he able to get me the best rate, but I genuinely felt like he had my best interests in mind from beginning to end. He is super knowledgeable, very responsive, and made the entire process as seamless as possible. He's also just a really nice guy! I will definitely be using him again!

  Zlatan was awesome! This was our first closing experience and we had many questions. Zlatan took the time to educate us and explain our different options. He was also responsive via phone and email. I appreciated the follow-up after closing and asking us how our transition was going. I would definitely recommend Zlatan to anyone considering a mortgage.
