  One teller, talking with a friend about health insurance. All other employees (there were 4 i could see) standing around talking or sitting at their desks. There were 2 of us in line for over ten minutes waiting for the teller to finish her insurance conversation UPDATE: A representative contacted me within 2 hours of my Google review post to apologize for my negative experience. The call was courteous and professional.

  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND Everyone here is racist. I have an acct here, but because I wasn't white, they treated me as though I was less than the people there. All i wanted to do was change my due date on car loan. Not only did I wait in a very unnecessary long line, since they only had 2 tellers, when I got to the front of the line she told me to have a seat and a banker will need me to sign a form. She failed to tell me the bankers have appointments which are 1st priority. Wait time sitting PLUS standing in line 25 min. HORRIBLE CUSTOMERS SERVICE, LUCKILY THEY HAVE MY CAR LOAN ONLY AND NOT MY ACTUALL CASH ACCTS

  Pretty long wait and the customer service is decent but always prepared to wait for a while. It is a beautiful bank with about one or two other locations so that's why they get pretty busy so just be patient and they will take care of it for you.

  Always long wait, many people work here and nobody offers to help and open more cashier windows. App sucks and is full of glitches, the only reason I stay here is because I am a student and may need to take out a loan one of these days. Their interest rates are good, hence the extra star rating.

  Had issues with a loan, customer service and activating my ATM card was the most irritating and difficult experience I’ve ever had with a credit union.
