  We have now used Zen Loans two different times, first purchase and refinance. The staff there is amazing, Chuck has made the almost impossible possible for us both times. The staff there is always so helpful and on task with everything they do, I have never met a more caring and friendly bunch of people.

  Brett Berglund and his team was awesome. Brett worked with me from start to finish, was quick, professional, excellent customer service and was always available when I called or emailed with questions. He got me the lowest fixed rate of all for refinancing. I went to settlement within two weeks from start to finish, absolutely amazing.   We worked with Brett Berglund. Brett worked with me from start to finish, and it was a lengthy process, but he stuck with us. He provided us with honest customer service and was always available when I called or emailed with questions, which I did daily. We were a bit of a challenge and he went above what was necessary to help us and ensure that we were able to get a loan. He dealt with me and my anxiety and was always kind and professional.
