  I’m so pleased to been able to work with Sadie Delgado and her team. She’s so sweet and super passionate in what she does. She made sure we were satisfied with the home we put an offer on and she fought for it being the 48 offer she made it happen. We didn’t believe we will get it going against all Odds but she believed and when she said Congratulations were opening Escrow I just couldn’t believe she fought and got the home of my dreams. Truly satisfied with her and my family speaks more Spanish so her speaking Spanish was such a plus. Always made us smile and laugh she made the ugly process of Escrow so much fun.   Mary Tran is truly a dream realtor to work with! Below is a whole list of why: - Motivated & focused - My fiancé and I have been working with Mary to search for our next home. I did warn her ahead of time that we were not the easiest clients to work with haha.   I would like to start off by saying me and my family are more than grateful and excited for this new chapter in our lives thanks to Alex and all his patience with helping us find our perfect forever home. Not only has Alex been more than kind and caring throughout the entire process , but Alex made the process much less stressful and had a great understanding of the exact type of home my family needed, down to every small detailed request which is extremely appreciated. What we expected to be a long waiting process , only took 3/4 months until Alex hunted down our dream home! Finally my husband and daughter and I are settled down and all moved in to our new home and we couldn't be more excited for all the memories to come!   Alex did an amazing job selling our house and helping us find a home at the same time . We had a very short time line and Alex was able to deliver . He’s always available when we have questions or concerns and he goes up and beyond to help us in getting our house. Alex is also a fountain of information for other things that we need for our transition. We feel that he has our best interest and that made a huge difference.   Alex was amazing! He went above and beyond his responsibilities! Not only he knows his own job but he looks out for your interest all the way till the end. If you want pluming, he will get you a qualified professional that is competitive with others. Or any other real estate professionals. Imagine we had to Sell and buy at the same time in certain time frame. And he did it during pandemic! He was very attentive, aware of our situation and needs . Our first real estate agent was horrible! He wanted to charge us 5% . And he wanted to represent us as a buyer and seller. On top of it he missed all our key points of our house. For example; we had 14 panels of Solar. And our first Realtor not only failed to mention or post it in The listing , he also failed to mention our master bathrooms. Needless to say we fired the first agent and got Alex. Alex Lee, was complete opposite. He worked very hard for us and got all the job done and then some!
