  Young helped my partner and I purchase our first home together. He was extremely responsive, willing to sit down and explain everything thoroughly and answer any questions we had, and just very patient. He really did look out for us, and I super appreciated him and his team. In fact, it was a factor that helped us close on an offer (the sellers had mentioned he was extremely easy to talk to when they were considering all the offers). Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Young and his team were great.

  Home buying is an highly stressful process, and the only thing that can reduce this stress is the team you work with to support you. Having Young Kim on our team, was the best decision we made, by far! Working with Young made the entire home purchase smooth and easy. Young was extremely responsive, super communicator and always available (above and way beyond normal business hours). Young's team is professional, and working with all of them was such a pleasure. This is the second home we are purchasing, but the first one with Young.   I am so grateful to have Young's help on the purchasing loan for my 2nd investment property. He was extremely patient and responsive through out the entire process. I had to make several offers to different properties until I could finally complete the purchase, and Young was able to accommodate me to each offers and provided me the required financing documents in a timely manner. At the end, he also got me locked in at a great rate and closed the loan process in a short time. As we all know, there are many uncertainties nowadays to get a purchase loan approved for investment property, here I won't elaborate all the details that Young had helped me to obtain this loan. But I am sure glad to have his help on this process and I will definitely use his help again in the future.

  The loan was a cash-out refi with that needed to be completed ASAP. It was complicated by a solar panel loan, recent sales and purchases of investment properties, and my transitioning to a fixed income. Young and I worked together to solve the problems and Valarie pushed the loan through in what was probably record time. Throughout the process they were very communicative and never left me feeling confused.

  If you need a loan or to refinance, contact Young! My girlfriend and I just bought our first property and didn't know much about the process. Young was super helpful, walked us through the steps, navigated our financial situation, and helped us secure the best loan without us needing to know anything. He helped with not just the loan process, but the process of understanding how real estate and buying properties works and who all the players are. He was always available and made sure we always hit deadlines even as we scrambled to put together offers in a competitive market. I would recommend him to anybody.
