  Sally was incredible!! After a terrible experience with another firm that would not returning phone calls and giving fault info, in came Sally to the rescue. She was so incredibly organized and diligent about being available and able to answer questions. She made the process so painless which was amazing. If you need a new mortgage or a refinance, look no further. This team is top notch.

  I really enjoyed my experience with York Financial, specifically Sally LaFave. As a first time home buyer, Sally not only orchestrated the loan, but she guided me along the whole way, even during the home search process. I was able to send her a few potential properties, and she priced them out for me. This was really helpful and a huge time savings to see if I could afford the monthly payments before continuing the home buying process. Couldn’t recommend York Financials services more.

  Nicholas Lafave was very professional and honest with his work! He was 100% transparent with everything. Purchasing a home and figuring out the mortgage can definitely be stressful, however he made the transition seamless. He followed through with detail in making sure everything went as planned and on time. I have recommended him to many close family friends!   Wow! I just close on my refinance. I have to say the experience I had with York Financial was by far my best I have had with all the home purchases and refinances I have done over the years. I was hesitant at first because I was not familiar with York Financial but I was very impressed with the knowledge and care expressed during that first conversation so I took a chance and switched after already applying with another company. Their interest rate and fees were lower than what I was being offered. The communication throughout the process was awesome. We had our closing at our home which was so convenient. I am so impressed and so happy with how everything went!

  Nick is helpful, professional, and kind. He goes above and beyond to help people and explains things thoroughly. He provides the best customer service and makes sure you are qualified for a loan with the lowest interest rate possible. Unfortunately I had already refinanced before I had spoken to nick, but he was very helpful to me and answered all my questions even though I went to a different company. I highly recommend him for all your mortgage and refinancing needs.
