      Take your business to another bank that wants you as a customer. Took a month just to receive my debit card when it got bounced back to their main corporate office in Laurel after non adequate shipping address. You guys literally have my address on file. I was forced to drive forty minutes altogether to Laurel, because you guys wouldn't send it back out into the mail. Secondly, the time it takes for an account to accurately process transactions are horrible. Then, when an account does get hit with fees you guys have no issue taking money from an account and not reimburse the account holder. I bank with three other companies and this is by far the worst bank there's to do business with. I'm amazed Yellowstone Bank has made it this far.

      We have used Yellowstone Bank for many real estate loans over the course of our life. Pam and Becky both are excellent and the APR on real estate loans is good. Not a whole bunch of misc. fees attached to your loan.

      Do not trust this bank. Had a heloc line of credit in which i was never late on a payment. they Converted it to a year renewal loan. Increased my interest rate even though I had been paying down the principal amount. I had 30 thousand in an account for over 6 months and not receiving interest. Not one call from the bank to suggest maybe moving to an interest bearing account. Finally moved the balance to Goldman and earning 1.7 %. explore your options.
