  Customer service is amazing, I’ve only been with them for a couple of months but every time I have to go in they are always nice and patient. Their customer service on the phone is one of the easiest and fastest service I’ve ever gotten and they don’t make it difficult or confusing. Very grateful for their services. And amazing job to Christian the guy that works there I’ve always gotten help from him and once with another lady and she was amazing as well.

  They are super helpful. We have had an account here for years. They have saved us from unauthorized transactions, very quickly. They knew before I did! They fixed it all up and didn't charge us anything for it.

  We employ various systems and safeguards which trap and flag many transactions which may be fraudulent. Although these automated systems are highly capable, they can't capture every unauthorized transaction, but do a good job of capturing most.   I've been with YakFed for decades! Not a single issue. All my business and private accounts are with this bank. Never once been treated poorly!!!
