  Having just moved to Knoxville, TN. from San Diego, CA., I was so impressed by Y-12 and the employees working. I went in late in the afternoon about 30 minutes before close to open a checking/savings account and they were very welcoming, efficient and helpful! Best experience I've had with any bank. Very impressed, and happy that my friend referred me to Y-12. Would highly recommend stopping in and considering this bank! Thank you Y-12 for the warm TN. welcome.

  I can only express my gratitude to Y-12 for being able to serve me from my credit union from Michigan. The service has been excellent every visit and the staff are beyond hepful. Their interior is always clean. They do not have a public restroom, but if they will be happy to accommodate you if you ask politely. I cannot judge their rates because I haven't needed a loan yet.

  I have visited this location frequently. Everybody I have worked with has been very courteous, helpful, and pleasant. Same with the other locations I've coducted transactions at. Such as East LaFollette, Oak Ridge (The main location), and Clinton Highway by Callahan. I'm of the opinion that if you treat people professionally, and with respect, your actions will dictate the results you receive. Thank you Y12 FCU for all that you and your staff provide.   Although I sometimes can't figure out how to accomplish my tasks on-line, the people in my local Y-12 office can accomplish anything with a friendly, family attitude.
