  Friendly, personable staff that is willing to help in person and not try to push customers to the ITM based services. ITM is offered, but it has not replaced the personal teller experience.

  I am always met with a smile, given the time I need, and leave feeling good. Y-12 helped me refinance my home at an enviable rate. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and make me feel good about putting money away for my future (not everyone can do that for a 70 year-old!)

  We applied for auto loan. The car lot told us the truck we wanted was available on Friday afternoon. Brandon and Drew made special efforts to get all of paperwork done first thing Saturday. We need it done by Saturday and they got it done. They were great to work with the car lot. Everyone in the lending were friendly and very helpful.

  If any one is looking for a loan. Call Drew Johnson at Y 12 Federal Credit Union. He worked around the clock for my daughter and myself. He answers a million questions and got my daughter approved. Drew did one hell of a job. Thank you for your time and help.

  Drew helped us tremendously! I honestly couldn't thank him enough. We were drowning with a loan we couldn't get paid off and he got us taken care of. We definitely will be going back to him with any otherneeds we have in the future!
