  The credit union I was using for over a decade began declining in service over the past couple of years and I was becoming increasingly dissatisfied with the institution's incapabilities. I moved my direct deposit and all my accounts to Y12. You should, too! It was a very good decision.

  I have been a member for many years now. They always have the best rates. Very easy to apply for loans and fast approvals. I have never had an issue with their service. I would recommend them to anyone.

  Great service as always, but drive-through customers shouldn't be allowed to delay others while they do extensive business from the driver's seat.

  I have been banking at the Harriman branch for about 10 years. Everyone is always so helpful. They have always been able to assist from questions about my accounts to getting documents notarized.

  I was inside the Y-12 branch yesterday (Jan 14) at 2:00 pm. I put my mask on before I got out of my car. They have a very small sign that says "masks required" but I had to look for it. It is in a mask mandated county. I went in and the 4 employees I saw had masks on and 1 of the 3 customers (not counting me) was not wearing a mask and wasn't asked to put one on. They did have masks inside, but that doesn't help if they don't make people wear them. Another customer came in while I was there without a mask and wasn't asked to put one on. The gentleman next to me was wearing a bandana that wasn't covering his face properly. He was quite loud and I overheard him say he was just getting over covid. So to say the least I was not happy and didn't feel safe in there. There isn't a drive thru window there anymore, so I hope I don't have to go back again.
