  By far the worst experience in my life. They barely gave me updates. Never asked me to come in and go over any of the paperwork they had sent me. No compassion that I was a first time buyer and was not familiar with this process. They stalled several times resulting in my closing date to be pushed further and further away. They did not make sure to outline closing costs up until the very end. Very unorganized and quick to get you off the phone. When I called them to ask why I hadn’t heard from them they told me because they took my phone number down wrong. *that should’ve been the first red flag* and after they made me fill out paperwork and send it back to them for several weeks they came back to tell me they had tried applying with a loan company that doesn’t do co-ops. That was the first thing that was made clear to them by my realtor and myself. When I asked them questions about some of the mortgage documents and the dollar amounts they simply said “don’t worry those numbers change all the time”. *that should’ve been the second red flag* When I called them to find out why months have gone by and there still hasn’t been any signs of a result they told me “this is a co-op and it is under 100k, it is very small and that we are doing you a favor”. A favor!? I was under the impression we were doing business. Do not do business with this company or let them do you any favors. Please for your sake as homebuyer, find financing elsewhere. A process that should’ve taken about a month resulted in more than 3 months of waiting and shoveling papers around with no one to keep you up to date or informed in regards to your loan and ultimately ended up in the loss of attaining a property I had been looking at for about a year.

  Worst lending service ever! They ruined my account and messed up my credit rating. Never would i recommend anyone to go to Xpress Financial for their mortgage.

  Refinanced mortgage and got best rate. The whole process took exactly two weeks to close the loan. Very smooth process. Good communication through out the process.

  I would give them negative stars if possible. Unprofessional, rude, and liars. If you want your loan to be stuck in a limbo and don’t mind no response from them at all, this is your place. Otherwise, please save your time and your money and find someone better. Oh and they trap you with promises of lower rates that they do not honor.

  As a full time real estate professional, this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced when trying to connect with the company for a client. Couldn't have been more rude or off-putting. I never write reviews, but thought I might share this eyebrow raising experience.

  Xpress lending was very supportive and extremely helpful through out the entire timeline from contract to closing. We were able to get a good interest rate and close on time.

  Frank was so on the ball! He gave me updates all along the way and quickly answered any question I had. I felt very confident buying my first home with them.
