  Poor customer service. Beware that what is told to you will be the opposite of what is done. Was told I wouldn't have a late fee since I called but to get it in before the end of the month. They cashed my check on the 17th. Still got a late fee. Also there is no way to pay online so you have to mail it to them. Mail from Riverton to Casper is a one day trip. They didn't open mine until days after it's arrival this means. Out of date, rude, unhelpful organization. Highly recommend choosing anywhere else. As you can see by their 2 star rating.

  Wcda is always super helpful with any questions I ever have when calling in. They've helped me process payments, analyze year-end information etc!! And they always answer the phone pretty promptly which is awesome so you don't have to stay on the line waiting for hours. Thank you wcda

  PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU CONSIDER THIS COMPANY) THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU...This place is a joke. We bought a home from them in 2017 to recent and just a couple days ago we call them to ask them to wave a 25$ late fee and they said no. We have not been late one time even through this pandemic. And they still had their hand out for the little 25$. They are not caring about their customers. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A JOKE AND DONT HELP ANYONE

  This company is unbelievable . I bought in 2017 and got stationed somewhere else now. And so I got property management until I sale and now there saying I’m in violation because I didn’t get permission. I understand that I messed up but I don’t get why...like Who cares as long as your getting your money for the loan. I understand letting them know and the paperwork stuff. You really think we can sell in a timely matter with this covid stuff. This place is a joke and doesn’t give a dam about the people they loan to and they’re situation. I’m making my payments on time never late so who cares that I had to rent it while I had no choice to move to my next duty station.They are just rude and don’t care, I’m trying my best to get them what they need but hard to do when I live somewhere else and work. They act like I can drop everything and get them this stuff quick. I had a lot happen during this covid stuff during me getting stationed somewhere else and it all happened quick because one day there your not moving to the next day grab all your stuff and you got x amount of days to drive to your next place and then go through all the quarantine process and on top. They were great during my whole living there but now it just like they’re rude and don’t see that covid really affect people. They only see that I did something wrong and don’t care about my reasoning.

  WCDA has been a valuable partner from Day #1. They made it possible for me to buy my home with very little down, the rate was competitive, but best of all is their customer service. My phone calls are answered by an actual human being, one who is always friendly and helpful. Any glitches are quickly fixed, they are understanding about other circumstances and have basically gone above and beyond to help me out.

  This is probably one of the worst places i have had the unfortunate luck to deal with. We have paid our mortgage with WCDA the exact same way for ocer 2 years. The last 3 months they have claimed we didnt pay, but they happily pulled the money out of our account. Evem after we brought in bank statements, this is absolutely ridiculous. In their free tome they seem to really enjoy speaking poorly of the people who come in to pay their mortgage with the company. We will be looking into refinancing, they have been awful.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. This company although mostly excellent for employment, they are highly unprofessional judgemental, unorganized. If you are from out of town not a good place to work for. You are unwelcome in this community
