WSFS Mortgage Reviews

Jennifer Stewart1Terrible bank! One of the worst I have ever used!!!! First thing, you cannot check your balance online anywhere. Second, they hold any additional principal payments so they do not clear your account in a timely manner. Third, you cannot make accelerated payments without making a loan payment first. I think an attorney should review the policies and practices of this fraudulent institution. I cannot wait to pay off this loan and to never do business with this bank ever again!!!!!! My loan was sold to this bank after my loan was approved with another company. Stay away!
