      Absolutely terrible experience. Went in to do a lease pay off for my car and they lost my info!! All of it and accused me of never being at this location and have no account of me being there. I am beyond done with chase!! They are completely irresponsible and unreliable. I wish I never chose them for my lease pay off because of the several problems I’ve had. This shouldn’t happen. How can a bank loose your check and all documents. Do better.

      Chase bank is expanding and their newest location is in Devon. Conveniently located of route 30 (Lancaster ave) in a shopping center with a fitness center, Target, Acme grocery store and a Wells Fargo Bank branch.

      The branch is inside the shopping center. Has ample amount of parking and great staff as usual. The place also has a drive through atm machine which gives you single, fives, 20's and 100's. Staff are great and knowledgeable as you would expect from Chase. The branch has a super modern look and feel inside and of course the technology cannot be rivaled.
