  I've had absolutely no problem with this branch. I find all the workers to be friendly, courteous, and helpful. So what if the wait is 5 minutes?. There are multiple other options available. You can deposit checks and cash using the ATM machine. You can transfer money between accounts and pay all your bills, including your mortgage online. To me the biggest problem is people who use the drive thru to do multiple transactions and aren't prepared when it's their turn in line. and ask for a pen, deposit or withdraw slip. I always have that done before I get there. In other words it's the customers who make the experience unenjoyable.

  The servicd is really really slow. Go to 541 & Sunset Rd Branch. I really don't understand why I went back to this bank, but I did. No drive thru canister in lane 2. No withdrawal slips in lane 3. By the time I got the slips, I went from first in line to 3rd. Was at the bank more than 10 minutes so I de4to leave, however the teller wanted to argue with me about wanting my ID back. What a "B". I truly hate this place and wish the Sunset/ Salem Rd was still open. At least they had class there.

  Waiting longer than 5 mins to be greeted in the drive thru is crazy. It’s now been abt 10 mins and still haven’t been helped. In the drive thru!! 🤯

  There is always a problem when I go to this bank . They have some of the worst customer service Ever . Oh and they constantly make mistakes and then try to act like the mistake was your fault when you go back to correct them . Idk how many times they have taken a payroll Check and ran it through as a regular check even though it says that it’s a payroll check .then I have to wait a few days for it to process instead of being instantly in my account like a payroll check should be .

  Slowest Beneficial Bank in the area. Even if you are the only person in the line and pull right up, you will be there at least 15 mins. Go to any other branch except this one!! Any local FB page will tell you- slowest bank EVER!!

  Since they bought Beneficial Bank its been a nightmare for every visit, phone call and customer service...WSFS certainty has not provided me w satisfactory service. How dare name your bank after it?
