      Firstly very happy I bank with WPCU, but I met someone today at the Colonel Glenn WSU location and I've never had such a friendly and deep conversation. Tiffany was awesome and I would recommend seeing her to anyone

      I’ve have nothing but positive experiences at this branch. They were great at getting me and my son set up with our new accounts, explained everything detail and did a follow up call two weeks later to check on us. I’m glad I chose WPCU to handle my banking needs.

      Their dispute system is horrible, they won't fix their ATM, and they don't honor their promises. I have contacted no less than five people to resolve this issue. I hate to leave a negative review but unfortunately this has not resolved.
