      I called in after 5:30 with a question about my mortgage and Shemar answered the phone. What an outstanding, professional individual!       This is the worst banking/credit establishment I have ever dealt with. I would use a second chance banking establishment before using WPCU ever again.

      Friendly but a hassle to deal with. Seems like this branch is poorly managed. The tellers are slow and few. The mobile deposit takes days to clear. Trying to reach them on the phone is difficult and time consuming. Even the entrance to the parking lot is a hassle. Now that the lobby is closed for covid, drive thru wait times regularly exceed 30 minutes! Bottom line... Always a hassle!

      Great Bank!! BUT mobile and direct deposits are like slooow(2 and 3 days)even if it's a wright patt check lol,me and my wife have separate accounts with WP and write each other checks sometimes,2 days to clear! If it wasn't for this issue it would be 5 stars,I left first financial because they moved but never had this issue everything cleared same day or next day.
