  we have been working with OMNI Financial for quit some time to resolve our financial issues with the IRS and have been successful in getting that done. Brook Hubbard and team have been very diligent in working for this resolve and supportive for me and my wife in accomplishing our goal of settlement. they kept us updated and in the loop so we would know what was happening all the time, thanks to them we are now out of that stressful situation.

  I leased a Toyota via this company/Southeast Toyota Financing & was given false & erroneous information THREE times by phone representatives that ended up causing serious consequences for me & them thinking I was not a responsible customer, & though this happened over a course of many months, I've had no attempt from the company to remedy the situation or even hear my side of grievances, only contact attempts to inquire about when they will be getting more money from me. Though supposedly every phone call I've had with them was recorded, I can't access these without paying a lawyer to force them to hand them over through legal channels, showing that these recordings, & every other protocol in place by companies like this one, are put in place to protect them & to keep the average lower & middle class person from being able to prove negligence on their part even when it was blatantly that & far below what I expected of Toyota as someone who worked 5 years as a phone customer service representative for one of the fastest growing small businesses in South Carolina. Shame on World Omni for their lack of transparency & organization & most of all, for being sorely lacking in customer service oriented knowledgeable phone representatives when their products & services are tens of thousands of dollars. They would rather lose thousands of dollars on my vehicle by reposessing it than hear my side & consider what my value as a customer is worth to them. They can afford to force my hand by taking my car, which I have always paid for on time every month, & so unless I can afford & find a lawyer who is willing to take on a huge corporation, my only options are to incur the travel expenses to visit one of their physical locations & picket them after ensuring I am following all local, state, & federal laws in so doing to express my rights as promised in the Bill of Rights, & see if that does anything, but considering how much money they make, they probably wouldn't even care when I do that & after I report them to the BBB don't expect anything to change then either. Even though my lease payoff amount is in the mail on the way to them or has already arrived & is documented on my account as well as an uploaded document with copies of the Cashiers Check & USPS tracking info. they are still harassing me via phone because they do not even take the time to notice that I've provided proof my payment or perhaps they are so disorganized between departments the people calling me don't have access to or haven't been given the pertinent information regarding the fact I've paid in full & my account will soon be closed with the title put in my name ($ was sent by the required date set forth by them, despite the fact we are still in the middle of a pandemic & I was laid off due to the pandemic & was scheduled to sign a loan to refinance this vehicle literally the week after I discovered I was laid off, & so my father who is retired & by no means well to do (he doesn't own his own home & will be a renter for the rest of his life & is only 63) because he lost everything after my mother died and then was laid off 3 months after therefore losing his health insurance then promptly got pancreatitis which required in patient hospital care for weeks & gall bladder removal surgery & consequently him filing bankruptcy with a medical contingency. So because I no longer qualified to get a decent refinance loan, I had to borrow the last of my dad's savings to pay off the vehicle while he is getting sick (Possibly with Covid), & our dog is fighting for his life due to being attacked by a pit mix in our own backyard who had a negligent owner, so we are maxing our credit cards paying to keep our fur baby alive because my neighbor renegged on her promise to pay for his medical expenses despite the fact she says she could easily get approved for a line of vet care credit for them, she doesn't care about the pain her negligence caused. This has been the worst summer of my adult life & I can't even be excited about my now paid off car, which is the least of my worries.
