  The man answering the phone at this location is very rude I called to check why my payment was not reflecting on my account online after I paid my account he said yeah I see it ignore it online he said I don’t know why it shows that amount online well obviously that’s why I’m calling you and you represent the business that is not a way to talk to customers

  My boyfriend went to this World Finance with very little gas in the car after Mr. Brown told him to come there with the information he had. We really needed the money and instead of Mr. Brown letting him know over the phone that he would not be able to help him, he had him burn out the little gas we had in the car for him to go all of the way up there just to embarrass him and tell him he was not going to help. His coworkers told my boyfriend that people are always complaining on him. I feel that this is a very unprofessional branch. I have gone through World Finance before and I have never heard of or experienced this level of embarrassment or unprofessionalism. I feel bad because I recommended this place to my boyfriend just for him to be humiliated by someone who is unprofessional. If there are complaints coming in about this guy, I think he should be fired.

  I've been dealing with World finance for a while. I've always been overly satisfied with the staff. They have excellent customer relations skills. I would recommend their services to everybody. Go in and experience good customer service. You'll be glad you did ! Have a great day !
