  i called to refinance and Hector made it so easy for me, he explained everything and really helped me understand my loanand we did everything over the phone including uploading documents. It really was so easy and fast, i definitely recommend World finance to get a loan... I always go back and refinance.

  Marisol has been nice to me, even managed to refinance on my loan when I had an emergency,and the day I couldn't pay on time, she was kind enough to extend the payment for a few days. She is awesome!!

  I was going to take out a loan at this location until the employee I believe her name was Marisol was very rude. She needs to work on her customer service skills via phone and in person.
