  I basically went in here on a whim, and my goodness, they definitely came through, and helped me. I highly suggest that people come through to here if they need help with anything financial-wise. A solid 9,000/10, mate. 😁👌

  Julie and Mary are always so nice and helpful! I'm very impressed how the company has stepped up its service with the pandemic; online payments, ability to reloan over the phone and if they are busy in the office, your calls are forwarded to the main branch so they can answer questions or e-mail Julie and Mary to call you back. Thank you!

  I went in and got a loan with them the beginning of March, this process was easy and went without problem. However towards the middle of the month I went in to file my taxes. Have been calling and wondering why I haven't gotten my taxes in over 2 months. Finally got ahold of the IRS and my tax return wasn't even actually filed until April 13. With a current 10 week wait on returns. Why am I paying you money to do this?

  Julie and Mary are and always have been professional and friendly staff to work with at World Finance. Weather it’s getting a loan, making payments, extensions on due dates, or tax information they always get the job done fast and efficiently. I don’t have anything negative to say about them.

  They are friendly and professional but need more staff. When you walk in to apply for a loan there is always a wait. I tried paying my loan off for 2 days straight and they did not take my payment because they were helping other customers. This cost me daily interest that I could have saved, they should have corrected this and taken the interest off they cost me because they didnt take my payment when I called. They dont call back either if they are super busy. Please get more staff OR have one do walk ins and the other take payments . Otherwise you guys are great!
