  I have had a loan with World Finance for the past 4 years! Monica and Susan both provide excellent customer service and professionalism. World Finance of Saluda goes above and beyond when you are going through a financial hardship - the ladies in the office do not hound you for a payment but instead work with you in scheduling payment arrangements. If you have money available, they inform you of your refinance options - I never feel pressured but it feels good to know I have money waiting and it's an option when I need it. I have actually closed and reopened my account a few times and I wouldn't choose any other finance company to borrow from!
