  They give u the run around like it's their money. They're very rude after you explain to them your job doesn't have an employment verification line. They also get too personal in your financial life. It's very rude to ask a person what they need a personal loan for; personal is the key word so no matter what I use it for because Im the customer and will be the one paying it back and keeping them in business. Just like financing a new car; they don't care what you use it for. I will never recommend no one to get a loan from them because it seem like they wanna spend the money for you instead of you spending it.

  They told us that there was one persons loan ahead of ours to be processed, and they would call us and let us know, 4 hours later the lady that was working on our loan went home and didn't bother to even call and tell us anything. The worst customer service ever!!! I would never recommend using this company ever!!!l
