      Very poor customer customer service. Waited for an hour for a call back which I never received then upon calling them was continuously placed on hold by the rep while trying to complete my application.

      Super nice people. Im giving a 2 star for a mistake that was made on my application. I didn't do it. Make 150%that they got your stuff right. I ran and stressed and ran and went back again just to get to the end of the process and find out that they made a mistake.

      Added hundreds of dollars for insurance and would only do the loan that way. This type insurance is extremely expensive as no one underwrites it. I refuse the loan. This was at the Franklin Ky office
