  I was a customer with them up until 2012. The last time I did business with them, I took out a loan for $350.00. After making a few payments, I then discovered that they ripped me off, because the payoff amount was over $600.00. I had made payments anyway because I wanted to have the loan paid off. Then there was a month when I was having a hard time financially. They called me non stop and also called my references as well as my job. So I wrote them a letter and told them that I would send a payment to them as soon as possible. Then the next thing they did was show up at my house unannounced. Then they handed me the phone and the manager told me that if I did not send them a payment soon, they were going to take me to magistrate court and garnish my collateral. Then she said that they will work with me. So then the following day, I went over to their office with $20.00. That manager said that she could not accept the $20.00 because the computer would not allow them to do that. So I had to try and save up everything I had. Once I had enough for the payment, I mailed it ti them along with a letter telling them never to show up at my house again. I eventually paid them off, but my recommendation to anyone who needs a loan, STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE!!!!!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!!!!!

  The ladies at the office are so friendly and nice. I was bless to find them they help me get the funds needed and being they report to credit bureau helps me out also.

  Very professional and polite. I wasn't sure I would get approved but the ladies at this location went above and beyond to help me in my time of need. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family!!! They made the whole process quick and easy and I never felt uncomfortable or uneasy at all...

  Great customer service. I’ve been going to WF in Fayetteville for loan and tax services for about 5yrs . I’ve never had a bad experience. April the manager has always been beyond helpful. I just recently went in for a loan and I believe the representative to help me name is Erica . She was so sweet and helpful . I would most definitely recommend WF - Fayetteville to my family and friends.

  So far bad customer service .... I never missed a payment but was treated like i was late every time i paid lol funny right . They should get hit with a discrimination suit. I rather bathe my dog with my tongue then bother with them you get the picture..
