  Though the Branch is wonderful in what they do, the auto payment function is way too complicated and takes FOREVER to run through on your phone. WAY too much information and instruction during what should be a simple transaction. Something that should only take a couple of minutes to complete takes nearly TEN minutes! It's absolutely horrible!!
