  Mrs. Mona is a very amazing, wonderful and respectful lady. She is very thorough about what she is doing and what the process is. She takes her time to explain. Even when I called and called and called knowing I probably was bugging her she never got out of character. Every time I'm in the office we have great conversation untill today when she said I was fired because I was a Dallas Cowboys fan. But that's ok cause she wouldn't understand since she from Germany. Lol. But she still a great person inside and out. Best experience ever with a loan company. I would recommend Mrs. Mona and World Finance to anyone.
