  Everyone there is very professional and helpful. Especially Clyde. I’ve been dealing with this company and this location for several years now. Fast and easy process for unexpected expenses that may arise and payments are so reasonable!

  These reviews are bogus they racially profile and help those they want to help. There is a guy there so lazy he doesn’t want to do his job. He will tell you any lie and send you away. They made me wait 30 minutes for nothing. Then said we close at 6. It’s not my fault they too slow. Take the extra trip extra gas to Stafford location. I really wish I still lived close to there because they never done this ever. They have really bad customer service don’t acknowledge you when you walk in. Nd just too damn judgmental. Don’t be black they are going to say an excuse and send you away.

  I live in Massachusetts, and even though I am out of the state, everyone at this location has been very helpful over the phone and when I have come in to make a payment in person. They all know me by name and I enjoy the conversations with everyone there as well. If I wasn't always in a rush or out-of-state, I could definitely sit in their office and chat with them for hours. If you want an institution that cares about people, make a visit to World Finance on Bellaire. I highly recommend it.

  I went in today the lady just looked at my I sat down first thing she said was "what's your address you need to go to different location. " No other customers was at the location. I felt as if she didn't want to help me because she never even said hi or her name. Just what's your address you need to go to a different location. There are 2 locations about the same distance from me and all she did was send to the next location
