  This is your standard local loan company. Interest is high, but payments are manageable. I get a text reminder before my payment comes due, and if I ever miss the date I get a friendly call that afternoon. I've only paid a day or so late maybe once or twice, but they give you a grace period and I've not had late fees, or late payments reported to my credit. Refinancing is easy. Staff is friendly. I can call in my payments over the phone which saves me a trip out of my way each month. This company is a breeze to do business with.

  Rude and extremely poor attitudes. No one can keep up with paperwork. Wouldn’t recommend. I’ll send people to first franklin before if ever recommend these people.
