  The loan process was fairly easy. Didn't have any issues until I was notified that I could refiance. Called and stated I am interested in refinancing and Kayley the Branch Manager stated she would get the loan paper work started so i could come in a few days later and sign paperwork. When I came in, nothing was started per the other associate sitting in the office. They also stated i need proof of address and a paycheck. No biggie but, would have been nice to know prior to showing up. Come back with the required documents & specifically ask twice in two different ways whether and hard inquiry would be placed again on my credit from refinancing my loan. Answer was no. Next day, i recieve an alert stating a hard hit on my credit from world fiance. Called World Fiance & the lady that answers, stated they shouldn't have ran credit within a year. Kaylee calls back and says, "I said there would be an inquiry". If that was the case, I wouldnt have done it and told her that. Hook & bait. Once paid off, will never return and be sure to tell all family & friends on the shady tactics displayed at world fiance.

  I can understand needing the two most recent pay check stubs and your ID to refi but a peice of mail

  Even when you decide to go in and make payments they still taking at least $300 out your check every two weeks when you only paying monthly
