  I have to go to this bank to deposit my monthly rent into my landlords account. Now there are no tellers in bank, just machines. What a joke this place is. Maybe they should just close completely.

  Many poor/subpar experiences with this bank over the years. Account representatives present as minimally knowledgeable. Many issues trying to get processes done by phone. Latest was to try to transfer a maturing CD to an existing savings account, to set up the process in advance to happen on the day of maturity. The day of maturity happens to land on a 12 hour work day for me, and I should not have to wait on the phone. Just the latest in a line of subpar issues. That home equity line of credit I plan to take will be with another institution.

  Inside is atm only no teller, if I wanted an atm I would use the drivethru. Highly suggest just going to the one in Fitchburg

  Thank you for your review. You can still get assistance from the same tellers you’re used to seeing in the branch at any Video Teller ATM during normal and extended business hours. Simply press the Request Assistance button to talk with a Teller.   The worst WCU location thus far. Went earlier today, and hopefully this will be the last time I do business at this branch. It pays to treat all customers the same. The teller was disrespectful from the time I was summoned to the counter, until I left. Seem to me most of the tellers here, especially bitchy and unprofessional rhonda, harbors some sort of disdain for certain customers, a bias that they cannot seem to put aside, and perform the work they are being paid to do. If in the future, I have to use this branch in a cinch, I will be sure to match the attitude of the skunt at the counter. Zero stars for this low level branch.

  Absolutely hate that they have replaced the "tellers" with machines. So much for personal service.

  Fantastic staff! They know me and greet me by name at the drive through before I even send the deposit ticket!
