  Anytime I ever call here, the people have the worst attitudes. I don't know what is going on that they are so miserable but it's poor customer service.

  On Dec 20th I stopped to use the ATM. It ate my card. I called at 10 am and they said they had my card and I would have to bring my ID in order to get it back. I asked if my wife could stop and get it since my work hours start earlier than the branch is open and later than the branch close time. They said only I could retrieve the card. Being a member for over 20 years and considering the holiday season and how important access to my funds are during this time, I am not at all pleased with their decision. There should be no reason why my wife could not show her ID and get my card since it is a joint account and both of our cards are linked to the account. I do realize security is very important, but considering the inability to stop in due to my work schedule, I believe more could have been done to rectify the situation in which I had no control of.

  After using big banks for many years and being treated like a number, GFA is a breath of fresh air. Consistent, friendly, positive staff and environment.

  I usually use the Hubbardston branch but I wouldn't change banks for the world. Helpful, awesome staff!

  I Have Been a user since 5 years old and as i got older im now 20 my importance as a 15 years of using the bank was not important i realized this while talking to the manager Mrs ledger at pearsons blvd about concerns mostly related to the technology for example if i used my card at a none gfa bank ATM i wouldn't have any info on a new balance until 3 or 4 days after my transaction . i didn't enjoy this bank due to the quality of my long term importance as a customer and poor long distance communication and technology i joined td bank across the road and i have never been so hapy with a bank plus they even open the door for people coming in glad i changed banks from gfa to td i hope gfa updates a lot of things for their customers
