  Super slow, like they training new people everyday. Then the huge manager has the nerve to complain about people wanting basic services like looking up charges that came from no where.....back to USAA I go.

  Very pleased with this bank. Woodforest helped me with a car loan. They inspected the vehicle before I took delivery to protect their interests. It goes a long way if you can buy one in great shape below what a car dealer or book value shows.

  I’m sure the staff is great, however the bank is horrible. $15 for a new card, $35 for a stop payment. Good luck finiding an ATM if you travel, just pony up the $5 ATM charge. I have no clue what the over draft fee is but it can’t be any more ridiculous than the stop payment charge. Customer service isn’t about as well as the people who work at Walmart. If you don’t have a translator near by then don’t even bother calling customer service, you won’t understand what they are saying behind there “I can’t be bothered tone.” Been a loyal customer since 2012 when I opened this bank account and it’s been my primary account but after the last year of dealing with them it’s time to put them in the past like the one time you decided to eat healthy.

  The tellers are always quick and efficient. They don't do a bunch of lolly gagging around,and they are always nice.

  I think they need to update the hours because it says tbey close at 4 but when I went in at 2 they told me they were closed.
