  The branch manager is amazing! She is knowledgeable and goes over and beyond to help you. I will never leave this bank! The staff cares about you and do everything they can to help you.

  This place is ridiculous... They charge to cash their own checks for one. My complaint with them today is they locked their doors before closing, and then refused to notice me until after 5pm. The best part? After standing outside from before 5 o'clock the person that came to the door to tell me they were closed lied to my face about when the doors were locked. How is this place in business??

  The staff and Branch Manager are incompetent. They refused to take my state issued photo ID on multiple occasions. I had to go to the Clinton Blvd location to make my withdrawal both times and without difficulty. Closed my accounts. I changed to Trustmark and have no issues accessing my money.

  Courteous and friendly staff but seriously under staffed, two tellers at 2:00 on a Friday and only one of the two helping customers who came inside. The other was at the driver thru. 25 minute wait. Ridiculous!

  I used the ATM and it didn't return my debit card. I went inside for help and the employees acted confused and said they couldn't do anything about it and that I'd have to order a new card. So annoying.
