      The Salem, VA branch and the market manager are soulless. No one will help me or return my calls. They made my funds available this morning, started off on my trip to my vet buddies funeral to say good bye to him and they put a hold on my card halfway there when I tried to get gas. The Marketing manager was informed and she told the branch manager “to leave the hold in place” May miss my buddies funereal over this. No one is helping at all from ANY location. No managers, no one. This bank doesn’t care about Veterans let alone their own customers. Bill has done all he could for me. He did an awesome job trying to help me, just was out of his hands.

      I love that they stay open late and open on holidays when most arent. The worker are very nice... I love banking with them.. When I deposit my check it's automatically able for me to use.. to waiting til the next day!!!
