      Was a customer with them for 4 years, 2 years ago they were good. Now the people that you have to conduct business with are the most ignorant and arrogant bunch you can meet. Closed my account since my credit union treats me more like a customer than a pain because that’s the attitude I always got when I went to pay my loan.

      Always get great service no matter which one of the bank workers I get. My husband and I have been with them 10+ years and never any issues with Woodforest National Bank I myself have had some issues my doing but they have always helped me.. I give 5 star because they earn it..

      Always pleasant here had multiple accounts of fraud that were caught when I was traveling, staff is always professional, nice and quick to catch any fraudulent charges. I've been with this bank for 2+ years can't say I have any complaints about them never did me wrong.
