      I love my bank. In particular, Linda Perry, the manager helps my life run more smoothly. She's incredibly competent & professional. But the entire staff goes the extra mile. Banking is very personal business. Especially when money is tight. You couldn't ask for more professional staff (thank you today Tyler). I can't imagine why everyone doesn't bank there. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

      Basically don't understand why the bank would only be open until 1:30pm on a Friday. That is not only inconvenient for people who work actual 8 hour or longer shifts but really dumb. You need to consider having real hours at your bank like other banks do maybe it would increase your customers. Just my opinion of course. Just a customer as well!

      I am having the worst time with the olean location. A young man that works there named Tyler is the absolute worst at customer service. He has been very rude the past 3 months every time I have been in there. Today he was inappropriate, condescending, and awful when asked a question. He kept saying he had two days left and he can do what he wants. I’m in the processing of changing banks because of him and I have been with woodforest for over 10 years.

      FYI they do have real hours - they close from 130-2 then they open back up til I think 5 or 6 not sure n they are open 7 days a week

      Don't deposit a big check in this bank, they will hold it for weeks and not let you access your own money.
