  The hours are very inconvenient. More traditional hours would make more sense for some people I will most likely have to switch banks for this reason. I leave the house by 8am so waiting two hours for the bank to open just isn’t practical.

  All the staff here is so friendly, polite, and very caring. They remember your face and your name once you become a customer. I switched over and started banking with them around 2 years ago and not have regretted it at all. The staff is all nice but a special shout out to Neil the bank manager and his assistant manager Bree. Very great people.

  The staff is super friendly and very helpful. They work quickly and efficiently so that I am in and out in no time! They also have really great online banking options that make banking from home easy. They are also open late and on weekends which most people could find helpful because you don’t have to work your banking around your work schedule.

  The customer service is the best I've ever experienced. It makes me feel like I'm with family. The staff are very caring and knowledgeable. The hours are perfect because it allows for trips to the bank later in the day. I will definitely be sticking with Woodforest.

  The staff and manager's are very helpful and nice. This is the best bank to have an account with. And they all have great smile's also at all of the location's also.

  I always get prompt and friendly service here. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and actually cares about their customers. If they're offering to sell you something, it's because they understand your needs and genuinely believe that it will help you.

  Love that they’re open 7 days a week and longer hours. Makes it easier for people like me who work 8-5 Monday through Friday. Staff is also very personable rather than transactional which I love. I would recommend!

  Most second chance banks are so rude and treat you like number, but not these guys! The staff never changes anymore and it’s awesome having a bank that will work with you!

  The only drawback is being inside of Walmart so no drive up window but their staff is amazing and I have never had one of the big banks right me hand written notes in the mail like I received from the Woodforest staff, just a simple letter that said happy new year and hope all is well goes a long way
