  Not a reflection on this particular branch but the institution as a whole. It's a joke that any entity can be with 2 billion and pay no taxes yet are hard pressed to show what advantages or benefits they offer the community. They still use discriminatory programs like telecheck and Chex systems and are very strict in regards to credit criteria for a loan. Not really sure what they do that actually benefits the community.

  Just another bank that doesn't care about the people. All they care about is there bottom line. Ive had an account here for 15 years. Ive only had one loan through them and paid it off and was never late on a payment. My credit score is in the low 700 so i applied for a loan during the pandemic so we wouldnt lose anything and the denied me right off the bat. Ive never been late on even a car payment or rent and i could have really used it at the time. In conclusion i am now looking at different banking options and i think im leaning towards bitcoin. Eithier way take ur business to a bigger bank or get involved with a cryptocurrency because crypto is how the banks used to be where you can actually accrue interest instead of losing money due to hyperinflation.

  I love this union. The employees are locals that treat you with respect. Convenient location. Their online banking leaves a little to be desired, but overall it is a great credit union with competitive rates and service. Thanks DCCU!

  One worker forced me to make a payment on my credit card, said she couldn't cash my check if that wasn't done. Was very rude, don't like this dupont at all. Not to mention the wait times are insane.

  Great rates! I am highly impressed with the loan structures and the flexibility of this bank. I believe they are doing great things. Short wait times. Pleasant, intelligent customer service reps. Highly recommend!

  Horrible layout, 3 drive thru lanes but only 2 workers? My average wait at this place and other Duponts especially locally take about 20-30mins just to do a simple transaction.

  Like most branches of DCCU, staff is very friendly and helpful and makes you feel like family. Always enjoy going here.

  HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY ACCOUNT CHARGES ON ACCOUNT THAT I DID NOT MAKE THE YOUNG MAN THAT HELPED ME WAS VERY POLITE KNOLIGABLE VERT ATTINTIVE TO WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS TOOK ABOUT 15 MINUTES ALL WAS FOXED EXCELLENT JOD THANK YOU

  I've had great experiences with DCCU. Great service friendly staff clean environment fast service and bank tellers treat people with dignity and respect .
