  This location is a joke. Took a check in to deposit into my business account. The guy working at the counter told me to deposit it in the ATM and funds would be available next day and if he did it would be a hr wait to get it approved. I asked him is he for sure because we was leaving town the next day for Thanksgiving and he said yes. So I did and we left next morning getting all the way to Memphis and stopped to get gas. Well the check was not cleared. I try calling this bank and kept getting busy or call can't be completed at this time. I ended up calling my home location and they was able to opt in for overdraft and was able to get fuel. Made it to my destination for Thanksgiving but had to stay with family because no funds available for the hotel. Email was sent to this banks manager to contact me asap . Email was sent by the main /back office and my home location as well as Covington location still have not heard back from this location and still can't call them. Understand due to Hurricane Ida phone lines are missed up but dam email is working fine. ... Now I am stuck here 400miles from waiting til the 2nd for a check to clear that should have cleared last week per this location employee.
