  Absolutely the worst bank I have every encountered. They have never done ONE thing right. Every week there’s a new problem. My biggest regret is ever opening an account with them and now to my surprise, I’m even having problems just closing the account. If I could rate zero stars, I would do it in a heart beat.

  My girlfriend lost her debit card and stopped by on a Saturday to get a new one. The guy working proceeded to hit on her for about 40 minutes and kept asking about where she lived. This guy needed to stop thinking with his d*** and just do his job.

  Great bank, never any issues.. To the guy the that posted the 1 star.. I strongly believe he had the wrong account set up. I have 2 there and im only charged a free if I go below my balance.

  Bank will take all your money in fees 2.50 for atm use . 1.50 for any card transaction .10.0p mail fee and it goes on and on . Im contacting a lawyer to sue them . Changing banks monday . 30.00 to 50.00 a week in bs fees is what there stealing from Me . Warning stay away. Worst bank ever . Feds needs to audit and shut woodforrest down period.

  Been with this bank for years and they have always been good to me. Very flexible hours. Would love it we had more locations.
